First contracts.

First development contracts are drafted and signed within the electronics industry.

Advanced Engineering (AE) is founded by Josef Moser as an office for PCB development

1997

Introduction "Peelmaster".

The very first mylar sheet remover, the "Peelmaster" is introduced in Japan.

2000

New HQ's.

The AE headquarters are established in Hallein, near Salzburg, Austria.

2004

First installation.

The first Advanced Engineering robotic automation is successfully installed.

2010-2015

Years of innovation and engineering.

AE pioneers a variety of automation solutions, introducing groundbreaking systems such as the CDTA, SRV, and EDTA to the market.

Start of production.

Industrial manufacturing of standardized AE machines begins.

2019

Generation switch.

AE is taken over by sons Lukas Moser & Tim Moser. They introduce a whole new agenda for AE's future.

Growth period.

AE continues to expand and engineer new solutions. Both employees and partners are continuously added to the team.

2021

New CEO.

Johannes Steinberger is announced as Chief Executive Officer. His years of experience prove to be valuable for AE's success.

2020

HQ modernization.

HQ's in Hallein are renovated and expanded.

2022

Software introduced.

AE launches its own in-house engineered SCADA system, the LineController, revolutionizing automation and process control.

2023

IC substrate & PLP division.

AE expands its expertise beyond traditional markets, driving innovation in automation solutions for IC Substrate and Panel-Level Packaging industries.

2024

Expansion to the USA.

AE establishes a branch in Texas, strengthening its global presence. A dedicated team from Austria supports the expansion, while local talent joins to drive growth and innovation.
