Take full ownership of our SCADA software — architecture, quality, performance, and scalability

Design and implement core features hands-on, especially in the early phase

Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap in close collaboration with product and business

Build and lead a high-performing software team as we grow

Introduce engineering/software best practices, development workflows, and tools

Make key decisions on stack, infrastructure, and software design

Ensure smooth delivery of features and releases

Collaborate closely with UX, product, and customers to create impactful solutions

Solid experience in software development with a strong technical background (ideally in full-stack or systems-level engineering)

Passion for building software products from the ground up

Experience in leading or mentoring software developers, or ready to take that next step

Familiarity with industrial automation, SCADA systems, or real-time platforms is a strong plus

Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude

Fluent in English (German is a plus)
